Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
We are pleased that NetMon has been officially awarded the Caring Company logo for over 15 years by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS). The Caring Company Scheme aims to inspire continuous improvement in sustainable development and social impact across companies and organizations. This recognition fully acknowledges our ongoing efforts towards the advancement of corporate social responsibility.
NetMon has been invited to provide cybersecurity awareness programs to the general public, mobilize our employees as flag-selling volunteers, among other initiatives.
In the future, we will continue to demonstrate our commitment to developing corporate social responsibility by caring for different sectors in society, creating a friendly working environment, and fostering a culture of care together!


We are pleased that NetMon has been officially awarded the “Supportive Family-friendly Good Employer” logo by The Labour Department.
The Labour Department firstly launched the Good Employer Charter in 2017 to encourage employers to adopt employee-oriented good human resource management practices.
Signatories of the Good Employer Charter made a pledge to be an employee-oriented employer and has adopted the good human resource management practices of four different areas including:
1) Employment practices to care for employees;
2) Practices to promote work-family / work-life balance;
3) Employee benefits that are better than statutory requirements; and
4) Good communication with employees or their organisation(s).
The Labour Department launched the 3rd term of Good Employer Charter (Charter 2024) in order to encourage employers to formulate suitable family-friendly employment policies to create a family-friendly harmonious workplace.
Results of the Charter 2024 was announced in September 2024. Around 1 600 organisations became the signatories. NetMon has signed the Charter 2024.
Apart from being awarded the Certificate, the signatories are authorised to use the Charter 2024 logo.

We are pleased that NetMon has been officially awarded the Good MPF Employer 10 Years logo by The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority. Being an awardee means that NetMon has made exemplary efforts in enhancing the retirement protection of employees, and deserves recognition.
The Award logo represents two hands forming the shape of a heart. It symbolizes big-hearted employers who sincerely care about their employees’ retirement needs, and who have gone the extra mile to provide additional retirement benefits for their staff. The Award logo also resembles the logo of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (“MPFA”), which represents a fruit made up of two partially overlapping ovals in the form of two rolling coins accruing benefits on the basis of the joint contributions from employers and employees to the MPF schemes. “Good MPF Employer 10 Years” is a recognition to honour the employers being awarded for Good MPF Employer Award for ten consecutive years.
